Where are the controller and power supplies mounted?
The controller can be mounted either inside (like in a garage or carport) or outside, since it comes in a weatherproof box. It just needs to be installed near a standard 110V outlet.
The power supplies also come in weatherproof boxes and can be mounted outdoors or indoors. They simply need to be installed near a 110V outlet.
If your lighting run exceeds 280 feet, you may need one or more additional power supplies to maintain proper performance.

How long does installation take?
Most homes can be completely installed within 1-2 days. Larger, more difficult homes may take longer.
